Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Tags intact
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
Contact us at info@kilometerstudio.ru to initiate a return. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
